  • 100 grams of boiled and chopped lobster meat
  • n

  • 1 large tomato
  • n

  • ½ lemon (freshly squeezed)
  • n

  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • n

  • ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper
  • n

nCooking Instructions:n

    n

  • Placed 100 grams of cooked and chopped lobster in a food processor.
  • n

  • Pulse a few times to chop up lobster meat or you can also simply chop with a sharp knife.
  • n

  • In small bowl, combine chopped lobster, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • n

  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes-1 hour.
  • n

  • When ready to serve, cut off the top of the tomato. Scoop out the inside of the tomato.
  • n

  • Chop and combine inside tomato with the lobster mix.
  • n

  • Fill tomato with the lobster meat mix.
  • n

Vegetable Omelet

This veggie omelet is a delicious and filling breakfast made with eggs and stuffed with vegetables. It is a nourishing meal that will keep you satiated during the HCG diet. You can have a veggie omelet in phase 3 of the HCG diet.n

Ingredients: Vegetable Omelet

  • 1 medium-sized chopped tomato
  • n

  • 1 small zucchini, chopped
  • n

  • 1 small yellow squash (chopped)
  • n

  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • n

  • ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • n

  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • n

  • coconut oil cooking spray
  • n

  • 3 whole eggs
  • n

  • 2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • n

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • n

  • 2 ounces of shredded cottage cheese (permissible on the HCG diet)
  • n

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • n

Cooking Method:

  • Lightly coat the non-stick pan with coconut or vegetable oil by spraying it.
  • n

  • Mix eggs hot sauce, and salt
  • n

  • Pour in the egg mixture and as the eggs become firm, lightly lift the edges with a spatula, and tilt the pan to fully cook.
  • n

  • Cook over medium-high heat for nine minutes.
  • n

  • Top vegetables onto eggs and top with shredded cheese.
  • n

  • Fold in half and plate.
