Our hCG is made in US approved FDA manufactures. They are however, brands you will not find on USA as they are meant for different markets. At present, our hCG comes from India but don’t let that fool you. The manufactures who makes it even owns plants in USA, so it’s made by a very large multinational company – our prices are cheaper only because of the branding.
How much is the Shipping Cost?
We charge $35 for international express shipping that will take 10-15 business days only.
I am from EU/Canada, they have strict customs.
As of the time being, we do not ship to Canada, Alaska & Hawaii. For EU countries , we ship to some EU country only , message us for more details. We ship worldwide with few exceptions; we do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, South America, Sweden and Norway for European Union due to stringent customs import regulations.

We ship anywhere in the continental US ( except Hawaii and Alaska ) , UK and Australia , we do not ship to EU and Canada.
Delivery Time:
We quote 10-15 business days for international express shipping; it includes possible delays with the post and customs, weekends and public holidays but in most cases the package arrives sooner.

We automatically ship the package after completing the payment transaction and we email our customers their tracking info within 24 hours. If you are unable to find the email, please check in your spam/filter folder as most of our emails end up in the spam folder. Alternately, you may start a chat and ask for information on your order.
I placed my order few days ago but did not hear back from you.
Our payment processor called Payofix will email you after you place an order and they will also email you for confirmation if the payment transaction is completed.
I did not receive my shipment, what now?
The orders generally arrived on time. However, there may be slight delays with international shipments and this will reflect in the tracking information. If the package did not reach you, we guaranty 100% money back. You may either consider doing a reship or refunding whatever you like.
Can I pay over the phone?
For payment details (yes) you may do it over the phone. But placing an order over the phone will not be possible for now.

What if you scam me and I don’t receive the product or you do not send it out at all?
It will not take long after completing the payment transaction and you will receive an email from us for your tracking info. You may also request for full payment refund if you will not receive anything from us or the package did not reach you.
