London Broil Ingredients: nn100 grams of top-round steak or flank steak nn¼ cup of Balsamic Vinegar nn½ cup of Bragg’s Amino acid nn1 teaspoon of Rosemary nn1/8 teaspoon of thyme nn1 teaspoon of lemon juice nn¼ teaspoon of ground pepper nn3 cloves of crushed garlic nn1 tablespoon of minced onion nnSalt and pepper to taste nn nn nnDirections:  nn n

  1. Lightly score the meat in a diamond pattern on both sides.
  2. n

  3. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. n

  5. Combine meat and marinade. Massage the meat and marinade so they are all coated.
  6. n

  7. Marinate for at least 48 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally. 
  8. n

  9. Cook the marinated beef in the grill or broiler for 5 to 7 minutes on each side according to desired doneness or thickness.

Zucchini-Shrimp Boats with Garlic and Basil

Ingredients:nn2 medium-sized zucchininn100 grams shrimp, peeled and deveinednn1 tablespoon of chopped fresh basilnn2 teaspoons of garlic, mincednn2 tablespoons of diced white onionnn2 teaspoons of minced jalapeñonn2 tablespoons of canned tomatoes, dicednn½ teaspoon of lemon zest, freshly gratednn½ teaspoon of saltnn nnDirections:                                                     nn n

  1. Soak for 20 minutes in a large bowl filled with cold water. Drain and rinse.
  2. n

  3. Put a large pot of water on the stove to boil. Add zucchini, and when the water begins to boil again, place it on a cooling rack.
  4. n

  5. Trim off the end of the zucchini and slice it into half lengthwise. Remove the seed and flesh without cutting the skin. Leave about ¼ inch thick wall around the entire.
  6. n

  7. Preheat oven to 450.
  8. n

  9. Chop deveined shrimp into pea-sized pieces.
  10. n

  11. Mix chopped shrimp, diced tomatoes, white onion, minced jalapeño, lemon zest, garlic, basil, and salt in a large bowl.

  13. Grease a shallow pan with some oil. Add zucchini boats and stuff each boat with the shrimp mixtures until healing.
  14. n

  15. Bake for at least 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.

  1. In a bowl, season ground beef with chili pepper, cumin, salt, black pepper, onion, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly and then cook. After cooking, drain all liquid and set aside.

  3. Slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion and set them aside.
  4. n

  5. Take the Romaine lettuce leaves. Top with cooked ground beef along with the leaves.
  6. n

  7. Add sliced avocado, diced onion, and tomato on top of the meat.
  8. n

  9. You can also top it with cheese.
  10. n

  11. Fold and enjoy.
