Veal Parmesan for Phase 3

- 150 grams of lean veal (rich in protein)
- ¼ teaspoon of dried oregano
- 8 ounces of tomato sauce
- ⅛ tsp fine sea salt
- ⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Grissini breadstick

Cooking Instructions:

- Trim any visible fat off the meat.
- Season both sides of the veal with fine sea salt and black pepper.
- Preheat a non-stick pan or grill to medium heat.
- When the pan or grill is warm add the veal.
- Once the veal is ready flip and allows the other sides to sear.
- Continue to cook until the meat has reached an internal temperature. You can cook it for medium rare, medium, and well done.
- Place a small pot on the stove over medium heat, while the veal is cooking.
- Add the tomato sauce, basil, and oregano and stir well.
- Once the veal is cooked, pour the tomato sauce over the veal.
- Place a Grissini breadstick into a zip-top bag and crush until it is the consistency of breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle the crushed Grissini breadstick on top and serve warm.

Lemon and Fish on Lettuce
Fish meat is a protein cut you can have in the second phase of the HCG diet. Being a rich source of protein, fish meat is considered good in terms of losing weight. - 100 grams of fresh white fish
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper

- Cut a large, square sheet of aluminum foil, lay it out flat, and place your raw fish in the center.
- Combine 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice, oregano, sea salt, and pepper in a small bowl and stir well.
- Pour the lemon juice and spice mixture over the fish.
- Fold up the edges of the aluminum foil and seal the foil.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake the fish at 400 degrees for 10-20 minutes or until the fish flakes.
- Cut the lettuce into large pieces.
- Place lettuce on a serving plate, top with cooked fish, and pour the other 1 tablespoon of lemon juice on top.
