Beef with Cabbage for Phase 2

Ingredients:nn100 grams of sliced beefnnCabbage thinly slicednn2 tablespoon of Braggs Liquid Aminosnn½ cup beef broth or waternn1 tablespoon of chopped green onionsnn1 tablespoon of Apple Cider vinegarnn3 tablespoons of orangenn¼ teaspoon chili powdernn2 tablespoons of orange juicenn2 cloves of crushed or minced garlicnn nn nnDirections:nn n

  1. Combined all spices on liquid ingredients.
  2. n

  3. Add sliced beef to the liquid ingredients, then stir-fry in a frying pan or wok on high heat.
  4. n

  5. Add cabbage. Add additional water to keep the dish from burning.
  6. n

  7. Stir fry with additional veggies like zucchini or bell pepper for phase 3. You can also add sesame oil, coconut oil, peanut, soy sauce, or chili for additional flavor. Do this only if you are in phase 3.
