1. Put strawberries in a blender with cottage cheese, milk, Stevia, and Flavor Drops, and blend until smooth.

2. Serve chilled.

3. Other variation, freeze for a frozen treat.

4. For phase 3, substitute strawberries with mixed berries, top with whipped cream or serve as a dip with fruit.
