Chicken with Tomato and Basil Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 grams of chicken breast
- 1 cup of tomato, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
- 6 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon of oregano, dried or fresh
- ¼ cup of fresh basil rolled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
